Comicbook writer, full-time realtor, and nationally ranked inline speed skater (yes, that's a thing), Joey Gonzales was born and raised in Waco, Texas - where he now lives today with his wife and their awesome husky and their three cats. He enjoys writing stories about superheroes, history, dysfunctional families, mythology, and science fiction. He's the president, founder, and sole member of the Kyle-Raynor-Is-The-Best-Green-Lantern-Of-All-Time Fanclub. He spends his days training to become a world champion rollerblader, writing comics he can't wait to read, enjoying time with his wife, friends, and family, and selling homes to fund it all. He's an enneagram 6, he has a titanium plate covering a quarter of his skull, and he rewatches the series Friday Night Lights at least once a year. Chief Creative Officer for Plus Waco Comics, and at the mercy of his Editor-In-Chief, he is the writer of +Universe: Alpha, Lawbringer Season One, Lady Avalion Season One, and much more to come.

Flores is a designer by trade, comic illustrator by choice. Working as a designer for the last 20+ years has provided him with a lot of opportunities both artistically and creatively. However, being a lifelong lover of comics and the artists that help to craft those stories made him want to venture out and dive into the deep end of comics – help with the launch of an entire universe. It hasn’t killed him yet, so he’ll keep going! Not only is he a series artist for multiple titles including but not limited to +Universe: Alpha, Lady Avalion, Bronze Man, he is also the Editor-In-Chief, overseeing the production of the entire +U.

Nate is an illustrator and designer from Waco, Texas. While studying graphic design at Texas Tech University, Nathan began a career in cartooning at the school’s Newspaper, The Daily Toreador. He’s our resident Superman super-fan, and he is the series artist for Lawbringer. Outside of Plus Waco Comics, he has illustrated numerous indie projects and has been nominated for multiple Ringo Awards. Blending traditional and digital work, Nate brings a unique talent and a serious fire in his artwork. An all-around creative, Nate also pens his own self-published stories.
